Crowd analytics
Where You At (WYA) turns the largest, densest crowds on earth into a live operational picture – flow, density, dwell and queues, measured anonymously, in real time, even when cellular and Wi-Fi have given up.

Crowd analytics is the measurement of how people move through, gather in and queue at a physical space – festival, stadium, arena or conference venue – so operators can act on it in real time and prove it afterwards. It covers crowd flow (where people are moving and how fast), crowd density (how packed a zone is), dwell time (how long people stay somewhere) and queue analytics (how long people wait, and where). Where You At (WYA) is one of the few platforms that measures all four anonymously, at scale, without relying on the venue's own Wi-Fi or the attendee's phone signal.
What it measures
Live, anonymous movement data across every zone of the site, so pinch points are visible before they become incidents.
Real-time headcounts by area, giving safety teams and licensing authorities a defensible, evidenced picture of occupancy.
How long people actually spend at a stage, stand, bar or sponsor activation – the number that turns footfall into proof of value.
Live wait times at every bar, food stall and toilet block, used to redirect demand and cut walkaways.
Post-event reporting that turns a single show into a repeatable, improvable operation year on year.
In the field
At Festival Republic's event at Gunnersbury Park, WYA's crowd analytics revealed that two identical bars run by the same operator, same layout, same offer, were getting two-to-three times the footfall of one another. The imbalance had been invisible until it was measured – a blind spot that was costing both the operator and the sponsor real money.
Thirty minutes is enough to see what crowd analytics looks like on your venue or event.
